We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee that they are free from any manufacturing faults or defects for a period of 24 months (12 Months for electronics or motion components) from the date of original delivery. In the unlikely event that any of our products are found to be defective, we offer the option of repairing or replacing the item to provide the most efficient and effective remedy.
Please be aware that our warranty does not cover damages caused by negligent or improper use of our products, changes resulting from normal wear and tear, damage due to lack of proper maintenance, damage caused by unforeseeable accidents or forces of nature, degradation of finish due to environmental factors, or any inspections of the product.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we encourage you to inspect your products upon delivery. If you notice any damages, please note it on the delivery documentation provided by the carrier for signature. In other cases, please inform us in writing of any damage or shortages within 3 calendar days of delivery. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to assume liability for any damages to the products.
