Three floors of the building are occupied by the common areas, environments of an exquisite elegance that offer a series of lounge and relaxation spaces, including an infinity pool, a fitness centre, an open bar and dining areas, all conceived to offer guests an incredible experience, characterised by comfort and exquisite quality.
The stylish interiors sport a total look in shades of grey and black – expressed in floorings, wall coverings and furniture – which creates a real ‘box effect’ of great sophistication, softened by hints of colour in mustard and cobalt blue. Natural stone and noble wood highlight the beauty of the spaces, in which each corner has been designed with great accuracy, while interesting light effects create an almost theatrical scene.
Many pieces from the vast Minotti collection have been chosen for the design of the lobby – characterised by double-height ceilings, large floor-to-ceiling windows and natural materials- as well as artisan rugs with personalised patterns, all designed to reflect a harmonious look exuding timeless elegance.
A sophisticated setting, divided into many living areas, where a number of seating systems from the most recent Minotti collections catch the eye. These include Freeman, Yang and Seymour: ultra-comfy upholstered pieces characterised by their discreet lines, matched here with the Reeves and Leslie armchairs, the Carson storage units, the Catlin, Benson, Jacob, Kirk, and Leger coffee tables, and an array of furnishing accessories.
The same design concept and intimate, laid-back vibe that characterise the lobby can also be found in the interiors of several residential units, animated by Leonard seats, set alongside the Reeves armchairs, the Kirk and Elliott coffee tables, and the Ashley ottoman.
A high quality project, which conveys the elegance of the tasteful interior design and decor, adding an extra degree of sophistication to the environment.
